Orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched same day, orders after this time will be dispatched the following working day, orders placed on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Deliveries can only be made Monday – Friday anytime between 8am – 6pm. Weekends and public holidays are excluded from our standard delivery service. STOCK AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY In-stock items for delivery to you within 1-2 working days. We will contact you if we do not have all your items in stock. Items kept in our remote warehouse or ordered from the supplier. We will advise you if it will take any longer than the typical 1-2 working days. We aim to supply your goods on time and on budget- please contact us if you have any specific requests or tight timescales and we will do our best to help. DELIVERY DETAILS Once our couriers have collected your order we will send you an email confirming despatch and a link for you to track the delivery status of your order. DAMAGES Please check your order thoroughly for damage and advise us within 48 hours by either telephone 019023 616966 or e-mail: info@rptelectrical.co.uk. This will allow us to investigate the issue thoroughly and take any remedial action. We may not be able to help with any damages outside of this time frame but will do our best to assist you. NON-DELIVERED ITEMS Claims for non-delivered orders must be made within 48 hours of despatch. This is so we can investigate any claim with the courier and are usually able to locate your order, which in many cases is either left with a neighbour or in a safe place. We will do our best to assist with any issues outside of this time frame.
