Refund and Returns Policy

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If any products are delivered damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours after the fault has been discovered. You can obtain a replacement or full refund provided the original product is returned to us or we agree to the replacement without sight of the damaged item. Damaged items must be reported.

GOODS NO LONGER REQUIRED

Products should be returned no longer than 14 days from date of purchase. Products must be unopened and in ‘as new’ condition in their original manufacturers packaging, all items are checked before refund approval.

Products that have been used or fitted will not be refunded as we will not be able to re-sell the item.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange and bear the cost of returning unwanted items, for your protection we recommend using a recorded delivery service.

Where a carriage charge has been applied on an order below £100 it will not be refunded if the goods are returned.

Any products that have been made or altered to a customer’s request will not be accepted for credit (including ALL cables that are cut to length).

Refunds are usually completed within 7 working days from the date the goods have been received back and will be refunded using the original payment method.

SHORT OR MISSING DELIVERY

Any claim for short, delivered items must be made within 48hours of delivery. Failure to do so may invalidate any subsequent claim.
If you experience goods which are physically damaged, where a delivery of goods is short or there is non-delivery of goods within 2 working days of RPT Electrical Online advising you that your order has been dispatched, please contact us immediately: e-mail: info@rptelectrical.co.uk or Telephone- 01923 616966 quoting your ORDER NUMBER AND PRODUCT CODE.

We will investigate the issue and refer back to you as soon as possible.
